Note from Hannah

I recieved this thursday from Ricardo Gill. I do find it very encouraging that the DOC acted on it, and did the right thing. I think we alll want changes, and doing it together is so much more constructive than being : THEM and US all the time. and working with the DOC is much more rewarding than working against them.
